Bio
Curious by nature. Practical by experience.
I've spent more than 35 years working across the technology stack—from enterprise applications, development tools and integration to cloud platforms, SaaS and AI. That breadth has made me less interested in technology for its own sake and more interested in finding the right-sized solution to a problem.
I've been described as a "sales-y tech guy" and a "tech-y sales guy." That's probably fair. I'm comfortable moving between executives, customers, architects and developers, listening for what actually matters and translating technical possibilities into decisions people can act on.
I'm usually happiest with the difficult problems—the ones where the obvious answer misses something important. My approach is to look beyond the technology at value, simplicity, skills, integration, sustainability, security and adaptability. Sometimes AI is the answer. Sometimes the better advice is not to use it.
Today I bring that perspective to Pawloski LLC, helping organizations cut through the noise around AI, identify problems worth solving, and build practical plans that can actually be delivered and measured.
